Marjorie Ann Beene Lee born April 17, 1931, to David and Paralee Beene, died March 5, 2023. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, R.B. Lee, two sons, Jimmy and Bobby Lee, one daughter, Cathy Ann Mackey and one granddaughter, Kimberly Ann Mackey Weaver; her brothers, Edwin (Buck) Beene, Charlie Sewell, and sisters, Willa May Ormand, Janette Campbell, Hazel Colton, Jackie Becker and Patsy Nix.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Kathy Lee of Waldo; one brother, David Glynn Beene of Stamps; and grandchildren, Christopher Brent Mackey and wife, Whitney; Dawn Anderson and husband, Ryan; Jeremy Atwell, Darren Lee and David Lee. 8 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces who she loved very much.

Funeral services will be 2P.M. Thursday, March 9, 2023 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps. Bro. Scott Caldwell and John Force officiating, under direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Homes. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Buckner.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
