Martha Ann Hawkins Osborne was born on September 9, 1944 in Texarkana, Arkansas to the union of R. D. and Eddie Mae Hawkins.  She was the third of six children.

Martha confess to Christ at an early age and joined the Eleventh Street Baptist Church where she participated in many activities. Before moving to California, Martha married Lee A. Osborne and to this union one child was born, Lee A. Osborne, Jr.  She became a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in California.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Son- Lee A. Osborne, Jr. of Inglewood, CA; Grandson - Terrell James Osborne of Inglewood, CA; Brothers - William (Dorothy) Hawkins of Pine Bluff, AR; James (Dorothy) Hawkins of Texarkana, AR, Joseph (Glenda) of West Memphis, AR and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral Service Monday, August 19, 2019 at 11 a.m., at Eleventh Street Baptist Church in Texarkana, AR , with Pastor Andrew Hill eulogy. Burial at East Memorial Gardens in Texarkana, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, AR.
