Mary Jean Strawn Sanders, 75 of Stamps, Ar. Passed away February 20, 2021 in Texarkana, AR.

Mary was born December 9, 1945 in Corpus Christi, TX to JD and Margaret Strawn. She enjoyed crocheting, painting, watching her grandchildren play sports and just being with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Valeria Vinson.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Vickie Garland of Deport, TX and Maggie Caldwell of Sulphur Springs, TX. One brother, JD Strawn II of Carthage, TX. Three sisters, Carol Herring and husband Jack, Sherry Branch and husband Kenneth and Joyce Carter. Eight grandchildren, Acie Teague, Daysha McCann, Devin Royse, Darcie Morris, Ken Gordon, Gionni Robinson II, Gavin Nicholas and Gannon Robinson. Two great grandchildren, Valerie and Cash Teague. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2PM, Friday, February 26, 2021 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg, TX.  Visitation will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021 at A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps from 5PM-7PM.
