Marylou Nowlin Maryman, age 95, of Bradley, Arkansas passed away July 8, 2019 at her home. She was born August 29, 1923 in Beggs, Oklahoma to A.C. and Nova Brookman Nowlin. Marylou served as a civilian employee to the military in WWII and was also an executive assistant to the CEO of an Oil Exploration firm. She was a member of Bradley Methodist Church and was President of The Phoenix Club. You could also find her reading and painting for enjoyment.
Mrs. Maryman was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas W. Maryman, Jr.; sister, Mozell Filimon; and grandson, Robert Trent Maryman.
She is survived by son, Bradley Maryman and wife, Helen of Simi Valley, CA; two daughters, Melissa Hall and husband Millard of Rio Ranch, NM and Stacie Alford and husband, James of Bradley, AR; brother-in-law, Victor Filimon of Lakeway, TX; two granddaughters, Alyson Wheeler and husband, Jason of Lake Dallas, TX and Katie Alford of Bradley, AR; and one great grandson, T.J. Wheeler.
Graveside services will be held 11am Friday, July 12, 2019 in the pavilion at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Bradley, Arkansas with Pastor Terrie Lynn Bunnell officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Homes. Visitation will be Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the A.O. Smith Funeral Homes, Bradley Chapel from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
