Marzelle Oneal, 85, of Garland City, Arkansas passed away on January 22, 2023 at St. Michaels Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. She was born to Alfred and Emma (Dickerson) Teague in Bradley, Arkansas on April 21, 1937. Marzelle enjoyed fishing, flowers and spending time with her family. She enjoyed her dogs and when it came to sports, she enjoyed watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and Dallas Cowboys. Marzelle was retired from the Arkansas Department of Health where she worked as a Home Health Aide.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Emma Teague; her spouse, Aubrey Oneal; three brothers, two sisters and her step sister, Martha Franklin; a grandchild, Christina Wade and one nephew.

Left to cherish her memory is her sons, Perry Hawkins (Cherlye) of Texarkana, Arkansas and Tim Hawkins (Karen) of Texarkana, Texas; one step son, Joe Oneal of Dallas, Texas; her daughters, Mary Muckelvane of Lewisville, Arkansas and Joanne Wade of Garland City, Arkansas; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and friends; and special friends, Cliff and Debra Rooters and family.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday January 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson Cemetery under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home of Stamps Arkansas.

There will be a visitation held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas.
