Milburn Burns, 82, of Lewisville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, in Magnolia, Arkansas. He was born on October 27, 1940. in Lewisville, Arkansas to Eldridge and Cleo Burns. He was a member of the United States Air Force. Milburn worked for Pilgrams Pride for many years and enjoyed fishing and being with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Wilburn Burns, Delmore Burns and Elmore Burns. One sister, Augustine Leubner and a stepson, Chris Hurley.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Flora Ann Christie Burns, one sister Neladine Freeman (Harold) of Hope, Arkansas. One daughter in law, Lisa Hurley of Waldo, Arkansas. Two grandchildren, Andy Hurley (Katy) of Carthage, Texas and Jesse Hurley of Cabot, Arkansas. Three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A memorial service will be held 10A.M. Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at the Wilson Cemetery Pavilion in Lewisville.
