Millard Burke, 87 of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away January 1, 2024, at his residence. He was born December 12, 1936, in Stamps, Arkansas to Grady and Lillian Burke. Mr. Burke enjoyed working in his yard, woodworking. He was a member of the First Baptist Church Minutemen Sunday school class and was a very proud Navy Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Russell Burke, one brother Leonard Burke and one sister, Mildred Elizabeth Leslie.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Burke of Stamps, Arkansas. Three sons, Derek Wayne Burke (Carolyn) of California, Garrison Parkin (Brenda) of California and Steven Parkin (Julie) of the Woodlands, Texas. One brother Alfred Burke of Allen, Texas. Two sisters, Patria Owens of Gilmer, Texas and Gloria Bagley of Wichita Falls, Texas. Eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Funeral Services will be 2P.M. Saturday, January 6, 2024, at the First Baptist Church of Stamps, Arkansas with Bro. Mike Turner officiating under direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery, Buckner Arkansas.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 6, 2024, from 1P.M. until 2P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Stamps.
