Nancy Yvonne Hamilton Clark, 79, of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, in Taylor, Arkansas.  She was born on June 25, 1944, to J. J. ("Buck") and Vernice Hamilton.  She was a member of the Stamps Church of Christ and previously a member of the Pleasant Grove Church of Christ.  She graduated from Stamps High School in 1962. She was the Office Manager for State Farm Insurance in Stamps from the early 1980's to 2019.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed cross-stitching for as long as her eyesight permitted.  Most of all, though, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. J. "Buck" Hamilton and Vernice Irene Hamilton and by her infant son.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie (Edward) Cochran of Bradley, Arkansas; by her son, William (Melinda) Clark of Hensley, Arkansas; by her sister, Shirley Oglesby of Gilmer, Texas; by her granddaughter, Kelsey (Justin) Young of Mineola, Texas; by her grandson, Zac (fiancee Aubrey Johnson) Clark of Little Elm, Texas; and by her nephew, Michael (Stacy) Oglesby of Tyler, Texas.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. on Friday, June 21, 2024, at  A O Smith  Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.

Graveside services will be at Sardis Cemetery on County Road 27 north of Stamps at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2024.  Services are under the direction of A. O. Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.

Nancy's family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Summit Health and Rehabilitation Center in Taylor for the excellent care rendered to her during the last two and one-half years.
