Nancy Dean, 87, of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Blossoms of Stamps. She was born, January 1, 1939, in Patmos to Clifford and Dolly Powell. She was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in Patmos. Nancy enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning vegetables, reading and watching game shows and westerns.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Gary Thomas Dean, her parents and three brothers, Rondale Powell, Rodrick Powell and Lindy Powell.

She is survived by two daughters, Annette Fallin (Pat) of Stamps, Arkansas and Jennifer Dean of Rogers, Arkansas. Two sons, Tommy Dean (Connie) of Stamps, Arkansas and Scott Dean (Valeria) of Foley, Alabama. Two brothers Hillery Powell of New Hope, Arkansas and Burnice Powell of Patmos, Arkansas. 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Honoring her as pallbearers will be Brad Fallin, Patrick Dean, Dusty Dean, Kevin Welsh, Ben Redfern, Steve Franklin and Aaron Westfall.

Funeral services will be 10A.M. Friday, September 4, 2026, at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas with Bro. Lane Garner and Bro. Bruce Porter officiating under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Mt. Nebo cemetery in Patmos.

Visitation will be held from 9A.M. until service time at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel.
