Onie Mae Brewster Davis, age 79, of Stamps, Arkansas, died Saturday, December 28, 2019 at her home.

Mrs. Davis was born August 10, 1940, in Lewisville, Arkansas. She was of Baptist faith and was retired from the Hempstead County Sheriffs Department.  She is preceded in death by a husband, Billy Gene Davis Sr., one son, Billy Gene Davis Jr., 2 daughters, Carolyn Matthews and Sandy Friday.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Oppold, of Stamps, Arkansas, one son, Johnny Davis and wife, Michawn, of Prescott, Arkansas, one daughter, Faye Hughes and husband, Scott, of Hope, Arkansas, 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 30, 2019, at A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps with Rev. Larry Harville officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
