Quinton J Anderson, 79, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. He was born to John and Pairlee Anderson in Magnolia, Arkansas on July 12, 1944. Quinton enjoyed going to casinos and playing bingo, honeybees and bowling. He was a graduate of Waldo High School in the class of 1962.

Preceded in death by his parents, John and Pairlee Anderson; spouse, Melinda Anderson; sisters, Janie Polk, Tinnie Sue Flaherty, and Mary Faulk.

Survived by his daughters, Neca Anderson Stockwell of Waldo, Arkansas, Stephanie Anderson Carter of Lindale, Texas, and Lucretia Anderson of Stamps, Arkansas; step children, Benny Lynn, Jerri Gayle Craig, Bobby Lynn and Ronny Lynn; sisters, Patsy Marlar (Thomas) of Bossier City, Louisiana and Judy Teague of Buckner, Arkansas; brother, Troy Anderson of Magnolia, Arkansas; grandchildren, Nina Anderson, Jared Carter, Jennifer Wilson (Michael), Stephanie Stockwell and Hallee Carter; great grandchildren, Jordan, Jase, Calleigh, Brynn, Blaise, Essynce, and Deion; mother of his children, Alice Ricketts Anderson; special niece, Roxanne Cheatham of Stamps, Arkansas; lifelong best friend, Wendall Hart; special friend and life companion, Vinia Ortiz of Bossier City, Louisiana; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 5:00 pm at Shiloh Union Baptist Church in Buckner, Arkansas, with Brother Nathan Luellen officiating.

In lieu of flowers, a love offering may be made to the daughters of Quinton J Anderson.
