Raymond Earl Gildon, 75, of Bradley, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at his residence. Raymond was born on July 8, 1948, to Elliott and Velma Gildon. Being an outdoorsman, Raymond's hobbies included fishing and hunting. His biggest enjoyment in life was spending time with his family and friends.  He was a member of the Bradley Baptist Church. Raymond served his country in the U S Army National Guard.

Preceded in death by his parents, Elliott and Velma Gildon and his son, Darrell Reed Gildon.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 53 years, Beverly Gildon; grandsons, Justin Gildon (Kaitlyn) of Bradley, Arkansas, Brady Ray Gildon of Marthasville, Louisiana and Alexander Allen of Hope, Arkansas; brother, Jimmy Darrell Gildon of Shongaloo, Louisiana; sisters, Jean Gildon Pickett of Taylor, Arkansas, and Virginia Gildon Lee of Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews and a multitude of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, February 26, 2024, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Bradley Baptist Church.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Bradley, Arkansas, with Pastor Tommy Weems officiating, under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.
