Raymond Dale Holt, 73, of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Thursday February 7, 2025, at his residence. He was born January 15, 1952, in Magnolia, Arkansas to Billy Holt and Edna Phillips. He was a lineman and painter. Mr. Holt enjoyed fishing, taking care of anyone in need, working in the yard and being around family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Holt and Edna Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Holt of Stamps, Arkansas. One brother Troy Holt of Stamps, Arkansas. One daughter, Alisha Holt of Austin, Texas. One granddaughter, Shelby Passmore of Austin, Texas. His stepfather Grady Phillips of Stamps, Arkansas. One son Jayden Yates of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Kyndal Owens, who he called "his baby" of Stamps, Arkansas and lastly, his best friend Uzii, his dog.
