Richard Carrol Cearley, 69, of Buckner, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Christus St Michael of Texarkana, Texas. Richard, or as many knew him, Ricky, was born on September 20, 1955, to Jimmy and Bobbie Cearley in Hope, Arkansas. Ricky enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting antique coins and guns. He could be seen enjoying a ride in his blue truck around town. Ricky enjoyed cooking for his friends and spending time with family and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents and his brother Eddie Wayne Cearley.

Survived by his wife, Marilyn Cearley; sons, Forrest (Lanay) Cearley of Waxahachie, Texas and Dustin (Tonya) Cearley of Buckner, Arkansas; sister, Cynthia (Don) Pritchett; grandchildren, Grayson Cearley, Harper Cearley, Emma Cearley, Hudson Cearley, and Ava Cearley.

The Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ravencraft, Stevie Phillips, Craig Hanson, Rusty McDonald, Forrest Cearley and Dustin Cearley.

A visitation will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at A. O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Stamps, Arkansas. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 pm following the visitation, at A. O. Smith Funeral Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Bobo officiating. Interment to follow at Shiloh Buckner Cemetery. Services are under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.
