Richard Larry May, formerly of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024, in Ashdown, Arkansas. Larry was born August 30, 1944, in San Rafael, California, to Arthur and Ada Bernice May. Larry owned and operated May's Collision for many years. He enjoyed his RV, traveling, woodworking, and spending time with his granddaughters.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kerry (Stoviac) May, and a sister Carolyn Roper.

Larry is survived by sons, Heath May, and wife Ashley, and their two children, Everly and Aubrey, of Nashville, Tennessee, Rusty May, and Rodney May; sister, Jean Matthews; companion, Julia Imler of Ashdown, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR with Bro. James Cox, officiating, assisted by Bro. Charlie Warren. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Stamps, AR, under the Direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, AR.

Honoring Mr. May as pallbearers will be Charlie Clark, Terry Tatum, Matthew Terry, Brian Imler, Everitt Terry, and Mark Pennick.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
