Robert Lee Welch, age 75 of Lewisville, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at his home. Mr. Welch was born May 5, 1941 in Texarkana, Texas to Grady Edward and Mary Magdeline Welch. He loved hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Mr. Welch was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Charles Welch.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Welch of Lewisville, AR; son, Johnny Welch and fiancé, Caroline of Ben Wheeler, TX; two daughters, Cindy Ross and husband, Johnny of Lewisville, AR; and Emily Rodgers and husband, Danny of Stamps, AR; grandchildren, Megan Pierson and husband, Michael of Lewisville, AR; Dustin Welch and fiancé, Cryssi of Stamps, AR; Sylvia Welch and fiancé, Justin of Magnolia, AR; Seth Welch of Lewisville, AR; Jacob Dyar of Lewisville, AR; Abby Rodgers of Stamps, AR; Jason Ross and Matt Ross; seven great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Jeannie Weber of Indiana and Carolina Harris of Dallas, TX; special friends, Jeff and Cricket Bourgeois of Stamps, AR; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Gentry, Dennis Gentry, Ralph Gentry, John Gentry, Garry Gentry, and Anthony Gentry.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR with Bro. Lewis Gentry and Rev. Ron Eldridge officiating. Interment will follow at Fouke Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Smith Funeral Home in Stamps.
