Rodney Lee Baker, Jr. passed away on November 10, 2023 at his home in Searcy, AR after brief support from Arkansas Hospice Care.  He was born on December 30, 1942 the only son of the late Bille Sue and Rodney Baker, Sr.  He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Anna Kay Baker, their son Van Baker (Jennifer) of Boylston, MA, daughters Laura McKinney of Little Rock, and Carol Owens (Lee) of Searcy.  He is also survived by grandchildren Evan Carlton of Fayetteville, Nicholas Carlton of Searcy, and Savannah Baker of Boylston, MA, cousins Donna Kay Fairchild of Magnolia, Debbie Hayevhart of Sanford, NC, and James Screws of Round Rock, TX.

Visitation will be on Saturday November 18th from 10:00am to 11:00am at Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, AR with graveside services to follow at 1:00pm at Antioch East Cemetery, located at 370 Columbia Rd 25, Magnolia AR.  Services are under the guidance of A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, AR.
