Roger Dale Compton, 76, of Buckner, Arkansas passed away on May 7, 2022 at his residence. He was born on November 8, 1945 in Bradley, Arkansas to Lewis Compton and Mattie Adams Compton. Roger was a very social person; he loved to drink coffee and visit with his friends. He was a caring person and was good to everyone. Roger always wanted to know what was going on in the local news and was always ready for a fishing trip.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his brother, Dicky Compton of Dallas, TX; sister, Gale Candler (James) of Rock Island, IL; nephews and nieces, Alan Tippitt, Donna Srebalus, Pamela Dennington, John Wicker, II, Paige Scarborough, Kelli McGowan, Candace Compton; and many great nephews and nieces.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Buckner Baptist Church from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Falcon Cemetery at 2:00P.M.
