Roy Zolly Kimbell Jr., 71, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away on January 30, 2023. He was born on November 19, 1951 to Roy Zolly Kimbell Sr. and Betty Lou (Warren) Kimbell in Magnolia, Arkansas. Zolly was a member of Stamps First United Methodist Church, was a member of the Masonic Lodge #121 of Stamps, Arkansas. He was a worshipful master of numerous years. Many can remember him as the Assistant Manager of Cabes Hardware Store in downtown Stamps. Along with being a fan of golf and baseball, he was an avid fan of the Razorbacks. In 1968 he was a member of the State Football Team for the Stamps Yellowjackets and was awarded All State Center in 1968. Supporting his children and grandchildren in all the activities they became involved in; he was also the Stamps Dixie Youth Baseball Coach for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Betty Kimbell and a brother, John Kimbell.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Janice Lynn Kimbell; two daughters, Elizabeth Louiska Kimbell of Wichita Falls, Texas and Jennifer Ross of Fouke, Arkansas; two sons, Roy Zolly Kimbell III (Laurie) of Longview, Texas and Stanley Kimbell (Katy) of Wake Village, Texas; one sister, Dinah Jo Griffin of Stamps, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Constance Ross, Cole Ross, Grant Kimbell and Andee Kimbell; along with a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday February 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas with Mr. Bubba Wells officiating, under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, Arkansas.

Visitation Service will be held prior to the service on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at A. O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas.
