Ruby Dell Hines, age 93, of Fouke Ar., died March 19, 2020 at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana.

Ms. Hines was born June 25, 1926 in Atlanta, Texas to Charles and Ava Stovall. She enjoyed gardening and loved her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles Dewey Hines, one brother and three sisters.

She is survived by one son Charles Hines of Texarkana, Texas, one grandson Charles Robert Hines and wife Kyann of Texarkana, Arkansas one granddaughter Melissa Hines and Husband Chris Clemons of Maud, Texas and two great grandchildren Lacy and Jake Hines of Texarkana, Arkansas.

Graveside services will be held 3pm Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Independence Cemetery near Fouke, Arkansas with Lloyd Shucraft officiating under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Homes.
