Sammy L. Webb, 78, of Hot Springs, AR. Passed away January 18th at the Courtyard Gardens Health & Rehab LLC in Arkadelphia, AR.

He was born May 10, 1936 in Shongaloo, LA to Floyd Talton Webb and Candy Webb.

He retired after 30 years plus with Featherlite Plastic & Glass company in Hot Springs, AR. as a production worker. He loved to fish, play the guitar, watch Championship Wrestling, spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters; Rosie Steward, Ola Mae Johnson, Annie Lou Watson, and Christine Carter. One great-grandson; Calvin DeShawn Webb, Jr.

Survivors include: three daughters; Mrs. Diane Carbajal of Riverside, CA., Mrs. Evelyn (Willie) Crowell of Muskegon, MI., Mrs. Barbara Willis of Kalamazoo, MI. Six sons; Randy Avery of Memphis, TN., Anthony (Margaret) Webb of Palm Springs, CA., Robert and Jerry Webb of Fayetteville, AR., Richard (Brede) Webb of Hot Springs, AR., and SSG Terry Webb of Ft. Hood, TX. One brother; Floyd Webb of Buckner, AR. One sister; Mrs. Christell Anderson of Shreveport, LA. Twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and five great great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and a very special friend Moses Ford of Hot springs, AR.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 24th , at 12:noon at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR.. With burial to follow in the Buckner Community Cemetery in Buckner, AR. Under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Stamps. Officiating will be Evangelist Evelyn Crowell.

Visitation: Friday 10: am. till 5:p.m. at the Funeral Home.
