Sandra Kaye Higdon, age 60 of Taylor, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017. Mrs. Higdon was born November 30, 1956 in Springhill, Louisiana to Alfred and Ineva Bethany.

Mrs. Higdon was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Wayne Higdon.

She is survived by her son, Doug Watson and wife, Rachael of Springhill, LA; step-daughter, Vickie Karen Crossley and husband, Mike of New Castle, OK; two brothers, Larry Bethany and Albert Jackson, Jr.; brother-in-law, Marion Higdon; three sisters-in-law, Dianne Fletcher, Wanda Cheshire, and Shirley Haire; two aunts, Maxine Pickard and Betty Gannon; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Special thanks to Linda Formica Stacey Fields, Peggy Simms, Martha Dean Redmon, Tina Harvey, and Nancy Styler for their love and care shown to Sandra.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR with Mr. Johnny Pickett officiating. Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com.
