Mr. Scott R. Mullins, 56, of Taylor, Arkansas, passed away Friday, June 28, 2019 at UAMS in Little Rock after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Mullins was born October 4, 1962 in Springhill, Louisiana to James R. and Sharlotte Gray Mullins. Scott was a Baptist and a saved child of God. He was preceded in death by his father James R. Mullins.

Scott is survived by his mother, Sharlotte Gray Mullins; two brothers, James K. Mullins and wife Lynette of Hubbard, Texas and Steven R. Mullins and wife Shari of Minden, Louisiana; two nephews, Zeph Mullins and Cleve Mullins of Sour Lake, Texas; two nieces, Kaitlin Mullins of Minden, Louisiana and Sara Mullins of Easley, South Carolina; one great nephew; one great niece and a host of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 2pm at the Stateline Cemetery in Taylor, Arkansas under direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps Arkansas.
