Shelby Jean Holt, 80, of Stamps, Arkansas passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021. She was born on September 12, 1940 in Stamps, Arkansas to Robert and Ruby Jackson Smith.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  Her theory was, everything is alright, no matter the situation.

Shelby was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lowell Holt and sister, Brinda Clark.

She is survived by her son, John Holt; two brothers, William Smith and Jerry Smith and sister, Ann Clark.

A memorial service will be held at a later date
