Suzette Nolte Knighton, 72, of Waldo, Arkansas passed away on October 24, 2022. Suzette was born on August 13, 1950, in Texarkana, Arkansas to Charles Edwin Nolte, Sr. and Jessie Ileeda (Littleton) Nolte. She was the second of seven children. She loved to read. She had read every book in the Fouke elementary school library by the time she was in the third grade. Suzette was an artist, a musician and a florist. She was filled with many great talents, but what she felt when you were around her was great love. Her greatest joys was being a mother and most especially being a Nana to her precious granddaughter, Rhealey Brooke. She was especially proud to be Aunt Suze to all of her nieces and nephews and Great Aunt Suze to her great nieces and nephews.
Suzette was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edwin Nolte Sr. and Jessie Ileeda Nolte and two sisters, Shirey Rene Stewart and Peggy Ann Webb.
Suzette is survived by Daughter, Dana Knighton of Waldo, Arkansas; one sister, Gina Sutton (Don) of Texarkana, Texas; three brothers, Chuck (Connie) Nolte of Glen Rose, Texas, Timothy Nolte of Fouke, Arkansas, Jesse (Rachel) Nolte of Texarkana, Arkansas; one beloved granddaughter, Rhealey Brooke McDonald of Magnolia, Arkansas; numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at the Rugged Cross Cowboy Church of Magnolia, Arkansas with Brother Mike Launies officiating.
Cremation Services provided by A.O. Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, Arkansas.
