Thomas "Poppy" Kimble Collinsworth, father of Andy, Christin, and Tiffanie, was welcomed into heaven by the love of his life and late wife Helen, on April 23, 2023. He was preceded in death also by his parents, Harold and Pauline Collinsworth, and by 2 of his very special pets Booger and Ruby.

February 7th, 1951 Thomas was born in Magnolia, AR and was welcomed by his parents and a proud sister, Linda Hambrice. His family moved around a lot in his early years before settling into Bienville, Louisiana. Tommy made friends wherever he went. He moved to Stamps later on and graduated from Stamps High School in 1969. In August of the same year he enlisted into the Air Force where he proudly served as a medic in the Vietnam war. After returning home he decided to call Stamps, AR home. He owned Collinsworth Paint and Body Shop for over 30 years where he used his talents and passion to restore countless cars; all while serving his community as a volunteer fireman for 26 years and had a wrecker and rescue service as well. His military medic knowledge allowed him to save countless lives.

November 22, 1979, Tommy and Helen began their lives together along with Andy. Soon after Christin was born and 2 years later Tiffanie completed the family. They were married 34 years with the most blissful being when grandchildren began flooding their home.

The best parts of Tommy lives on in his 3 children, 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. They are Christin Smith (Brannon) of Walkers Creek, Ar and their children Gabriel (Kiley) Peyton, Preston, and Chloe. Tiffanie Green of Dequeen, AR and her children Lillian, Isabella, Lola, and Collin. Andy Collinsworth of Texarkana and his children Ethan and Brody. And last but not least his first great grandchild, Hudson Smith. Tommy is also survived by a beloved sister, Linda Hambrice of Summerville Tn and a host of nieces, nephews, and other close family.

Tommy was well known for his twisted sense of humor and ability to leave people laughing even on their worst days. Family that did not share his blood but loved him like they did include Steve and Janet Yates of Buckner AR, who he never called a friend, only a brother. Childhood friends include Ralph Strange and Jimmy Hurley, and special friends include Tom Goodner and Stacy Brock.
