Thomas Wayne Downs, 76 of Stamps, Arkansas left this world to enter Heaven on April 21, 2023, at his home with his family. He was born July 5, 1946, in Mars Hill to Clarence and Lela Downs. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, visiting with friends and mostly he enjoyed being with his family.

He was a loving father and grandfather that stood for what was right. Tom loved his wife and family and would do anything for them without question. Tom and Linda taught their children to love God, work hard and value family.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, his oldest son Terry Wayne Downs and three brothers, Herman Downs, Thurman "Cat" Downs and Howard "Cotton" Downs

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Linda Downs. Three sons, Thomas Eugene Downs (Michelle), Bill Downs (Dana) and David Downs (Tina) all of Stamps, Arkansas. Eleven grandchildren, Tyler Downs (Gabby), Trent Downs, Trey Downs (Kylee), Marena Langston (Nick), Ryan Downs (Preslie), Lindsey Orr (Canon), Carly Downs, Makayla Downs, Kaleb Downs, Macy Downs and Katelyn Downs. Five Great Grandchildren. Braylee Downs, Raelyn Downs, Lainey Jo Downs, Trevor Langston and Hallie Downs.

Pallbearers will include Tommy Downs, Bill Downs, David Downs, Tyler Downs, Trent Downs, Trey Downs, Ryan Downs and Kaleb Downs.

Funeral services will be held 2P.M. Sunday, April 23, 2023, at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, with Bro Adam Rogers officiating under direction of Smith Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mars Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6P.M. until 8P.M. Saturday, April 22, 2023, at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, Arkansas
