Thomas Malcom Munn, age 87 of Rosston, Arkansas, passed away in Hope, Arkansas on Thursday, November 30, 2017.
Mr. Munn was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Thomas Munn and Melba Fair Owen Munn; nephew, Philip Munn Murry; and great niece, Juli Fair Dennis.
Survivors include his sister, Wilma Helen Munn Murry and husband, Rucker of Prescott, AR; niece, Tanna Clark and husband, Charles of Hot Springs, AR; nephew, Rucker Steven Murry and wife, Cindy of Gilmer, TX; niece-in-law, Carol Murry of Hot Springs, AR; and eight great nephews and their families.
Thomas graduated from Bodcaw High School and served as Private First Class of the Enlisted Reserve Corps in 1949-1951. He was a lifelong member of the Bodcaw community and a member of Corinth Baptist Church. For many years, he tenderly cared for the Corinth Cemetery. The family is thankful for the community support shown over the years.
Pallbearers include his great nephews: Matt Dennis, Shane Clark, Joel Murry, Jason Murry, Jeffrey Murry, Jud Murry, Darren Murry, and Andrew Murry.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2pm Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Corinth Cemetery with Bro. Petie Ward officiating under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, AR.
