Mr. Timothy DeWayne Howard age 53, of Foreman, Arkansas died August 23, 2020 at Wadley Hospital in Texarkana, Texas.  He was born in DeQueen, Arkansas to Worris Hardwick and Lillie Howard.

He is survived by: his wife Laticia Howard of Foreman, Arkansas; two sons: Vanqueze English of Ashdown, AR,  L'Donta Howard of Conway, Arkansas; mother Lillie (James) Ross, Sr. of Foreman, Arkansas; father Worris (Noranell) Hardwick of Dekab, Texas;  three sisters: LaKeshia Adkins of Texarkana, Texas, Kristy Ganaway of Cedar Park, Texas, Samantha Hardwick of Ashdown, Arkansas; two brothers: James E. Ross, Jr. of Foreman, Arkansas, Steve (Justine) Ross of Nashville, Arkansas.

Grave side services at Piney Grove cemetery at 11 a.m. on August 29, 2020, Saturday with Rev. Ronnie (Shoebox) Keener officiating. Burial at Piney Grove Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.
