Mrs. Victa Mae Kelly, 67 yrs, of Los Angeles, CA., passed away July 03rd in Los Angeles, CA.

She was born November 17, 1946 in Texarkana, TX. to Emmett and Almeta Harris, Sr..

She was preceded in death by her father; Emmett Harris, Sr., a daughter; Darlene Trammel, & husband; Curlee Kelly.

Survivors include: three daughters; Mrs. Regina Trammel-Byley of Seattle, WA., Mrs. Almeta Gary of Bronx, NY, and Ms. Glenda Trammel of Los Angeles, CA. Her mother; Mrs. Almeta Harris of Texarkana, TX. & four grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 18th at 1:00 pm at New Hope Baptist Church in Texarkana, TX, with burial following in the Chapelwood Cemetery in Nash Texas. Under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps.
Officiating will be Rev. M.L. Brewster
