Wade Allen Ray, 55, of Lewisville, Arkansas passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023. He was born on March 20, 1968 to Bill and Estlen Ray in Stonewall, Arkansas. Wade enjoyed working, fishing and hunting but, his favorite pastime was having a good time with family and friends.

Preceding him in death was his parents, Bill and Estlen (Brown) Ray; two brothers, Ernest Ray and Taylor Ray; and two sisters Gerladene Choates and Pauline Paine.

Left to cherish Wade's memory is his son, Michael Ray and wife, Rena of Bradley, Arkansas; two daughters, Elizabeth Ray of Lewisville, Arkansas and Lavonda Melendez of Granberry, Texas; two sisters, Rosie Fox and husband Joe of Knoble, Texas and Lola Ray of Glenrose, Texas; two brothers, Charles Ray and wife Toni of Lewisville, Arkansas and Clay Ray and wife Bertha of Whitney, Texas; granddaughter, Amara Miller; and his best friend, Deebo the bulldog.

Honoring Wade as pallbearers will be Michael Ray, Elizabeth Ray, Clay Ray, Charles Ray, Chuck Ray, Bubba Ray and Billy Risner.

Funeral Services will be at A O Smith Funeral Chapel, Stamps Arkansas on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. John Buehler officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Lewisville, Arkansas. Under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home.

A visitation will be held Friday, August 25, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at A O Smith Funeral Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas.
