Wanda Marie Hays, 83, of Bradley, Arkansas passed away March 3, 2024, at St. Michael's Hospital, Texarkana, Texas. She was born February 10, 1941, in Bradley, Arkansas, to Nicholas and Dema Burton Spruell. Wanda had a deep and abiding faith and was a member of Bradley Baptist Church, Bradley, Arkansas. Wanda was a wonderful cook and enjoyed nothing more than feeding her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James Spruell; sisters, Linda Taylor, Mary Jones and Joyce Endsley.

Left to cherish the memories of Wanda are her husband, Benny Hays; son, Glenn Hays (Kelli) of Walnut Hill, Arkansas;daughters, Connie Godfrey (Joseph) of Gallatin, Tennessee, and Lisa Dollar (Mark) of West Monroe, Louisiana; brother, Willie Spruell; grandchildren, Ryan Hays, Reid Hays, Patrick Godfrey, Bailey Godfrey Poindexter, Lauren Dollar, and Andrew Dollar; great grandchildren, Kinley Hays, Luke Hays and one on the way; brother in law, Milton Hays of Plain Dealing, Louisiana; and sister in law, Audrey Hamiter of Bossier City, Louisiana.

Pall bearers are Ryan Hays, Reid Hays, Patrick Godfrey, Mark Dollar, Jeremy Poindexter, and Andrew Dollar. Honorary pall bearers are Milton Hays and Ricky Hays.

A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Bradley Baptist Church, Bradley, Arkansas.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday March 6, 2024, at 10:00 am at Walnut Hill Cemetery, with Brother Eddie Wise officiating. Services are under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.
