MEMORIAL SERVICE INFORMATION HAS BEEN UPDATED:

Wayne Elmore "Bubba" Russell, 79 of Stamps Arkansas passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025, in a Texarkana Hospital. Wayne was born March 29, 1946, in Magnolia, Arkansas to Herbert Elmore and Lois Elizabeth Russell. He was a huge Arkansas Razorback football fan. He enjoyed talking with friends and family. He also enjoyed working with the Albemarle mineral lease team, but the thing he loved the most was being with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Nathan Lowe.

He is survived by three sons, Bryan Russell of Magnolia, Arkansas, Brad Russell (Lisa) of Eldorado, Arkansas and Chris Russell of Magnolia, Arkansas. Two sisters, Marie Vickers and Betty Storar (Jimmy) are all from Texas. Four grandchildren, Lindsay Cranford, Justin Lowe, Cody Russell and Lexi Russell. Nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, special friend Mark Herman, family friend Shannon Parker and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, October 11,2025, at 10:00 am, followed with a Memorial Service set to begin at 11:00 am at The First Assembly of God in Lewisville, Arkansas located at  222 W. 13th Street Lewisville, Arkansas. Officiates for the service will be Evangelist LeRoy Martin, Pastor Scott Jackson, and Bro. Robert Roberts.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to honor Wayne's memory may be made to Missions and sent to First Assembly of God of Lewisville. Mailing address is 222 W. 13th Street, Lewisville, AR 71845.
