William Henry "Billy" Jones, 72, of Lewisville, AR. Passed away October 10th at Christus St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, TX.

He was born January 10, 1942 in Lewisville, AR to Birdell and Susie Jones, Sr.

He was a graduated of Lewisville Colored High School in 1959, was a member of the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Lewisville, AR. A caring, giving, and outgoing person

He was preceded in death by his parents and one child; Iven Jones.

Survivors include: two sons; William Henry Jones, Jr. of Argo, IL. And Darin Jones of Texarkana, AR. One daughter; Mrs. Kerry Bailey & husband Kenny of Texarkana, AR. Three sisters; Mrs. Helen Ivy of Lewisville, AR., Mrs. Thelma Davis & husband Tommy of Cedar Hill, TX. And Mrs. Doris Lanham & husband Earl of Daly City, CA. Five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 18th, at 11:a.m. at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR. With burial to follow in the Old Town Cemetery in Lewisville, AR. Under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Inc. of Stamps. Officiating will be Rev. Mark Robertson

Visitation: Friday 11;a.m. till 5:p.m. at the funeral home.
