William Travis Lee of Lewisville, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024. Travis was born on July 23, 1955, in Lewisville, Arkansas, to Alpha Sewell Lee and Austin Lee. He was a follower of Jesus Christ. He held many titles throughout his life. He was Travis, a son, a brother, a husband, Daddy, Uncle Travis, Bubba Travis, a caregiver, and friend to far more than we will ever know. He was salt of the earth, humble, hardworking, kind, giving and forgiving. He loved babies, to hunt, to fish, cooking for others and to share a good story. His heart was full when he was unselfishly giving to and caring for others – he did it quietly and wanted no recognition.

Travis was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Kirk. Left to cherish his memory are his son, William Travis Lee Jr "T.J." of Little Rock, Arkansas, lifelong friend and T.J.'s mom, Cindy Lee Smith of Texarkana, Texas; four sisters, Joyce Higdon, Carolyn Stephens and Marilyn Nations all of Lewisville, Arkansas, and Janice (Charlie) Tye of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two brothers, Charles "Buddy" Lee of New Boston, Texas, and Terry (Vickie) Lee of Lewisville, Arkansas; one brother-in-law, Gary Kirk of Lewisville, Arkansas; numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, February 12 at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at Smith Funeral Home – Stamps, Arkansas, with Chaplain Shelby Smith officiating.

Pallbearers will be John Allan Lee, Jordan Ward, Mike Halter, Gary Kirk, Wesley Glass, Randy McDonald, and Wheat Shirey.

Interment will be in Sewell Cemetery – Lewisville, Arkansas, under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers please consider honoring Travis' legacy by taking a meal to someone, visiting with that old friend, making a new one or reaching out to a neighbor to offer a helping hand.
