Mr. William David "Pee Wee" Holt age 86, of Buckner, Arkansas passed Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at his resident.  He was born November 1. 1933 to the late Jerry Holt and Beulah Davis Holt in Henning Tennessee.

He is survived by: one son Jeffery Holt of Chicago, IL; four daughters Nina Hamilton of Buckner, AR, Lucy McCoy of Cullen, LA, Dora (Charles) Wallace of Jackson, TN, Nikki Lofton of Texarkana, AR; two sisters Donnie Lewis of Portland, OR, Linda Cook of St. Louis, MO; one brother Casher (Dorothy) Holt of North Carolina; fifteen grandchildren ,  a host of great grandchildren, great-great children and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services at Buckner Community Cemetery in Buckner, AR, Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 11AM under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, with Rev. Fred Jackson officiating.

Visitation Tuesday, July 28, 2020 from 11 AM until 4 PM.
