William Daniel Waggoner III, age 42, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026. William was born to William Jr and Terrie Waggoner on December 3, 1983, in Marrero, Louisiana. He loved a good game of golf and going fishing anywhere the fish was biting. William attended the COTR in Texarkana.

Preceded in death by his grandmother, Myra Cummings; grandparents, William Sr and Mary; and his brother, Tyler Ward Waggoner.

Survived by his parents, William Jr and Terrie Waggoner; grandfather, Ernest Cummings; sisters, Kaylie, Monica and Lainie; nieces and nephews, Leila, Keller, Kinsley and Ty; uncle, Anthony Cummings, and special cousins, Chuck and Terrie Maxwell; and a host of friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11:00 am at Lakeside Cemetery, Stamps, Arkansas, with Bro. Adam Rogers officiating.

Services are under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.
