Ms. Winnie Faye Smith, age 80, of Springhill, Louisiana, died Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at her home.

Ms. Smith was born December 9, 1939, in Bright Star, Arkansas. She was a retired Land Manager in the oil and gas industry. She is preceded in death by her sister and brother in law, Betty Rose and Grover T Buckner, sister and brother in law Frances and Buggy Gore, brother Jamie Smith and son William Damon Smith.

She is survived by two granddaughters, Shea Johnson, and husband, Jared, of Springhill, Louisiana and Kelli Smith, of Springhill, Louisiana, one brother , Gene Smith and wife Linda, of Russellville, Arkansas, one great grandson, Ryder Shelton and numerous friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and she was loved by so many.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 20, 2020, at A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps with Bro. Mike Buckner officiating.  Burial will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Bradley.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Friday.

Pallbearers will be Mike Buckner, Mike Davis, Tim Buckner, Steve Gore, James Buckner, Jared Johnson and honorary pallbearers Boomer Gore and Stan Gore.

The family would like to thank her caregivers, Pam Dancer and Shirley Rasberry, for the love and care that they showed.
