Winnie Ellen Stone's Obituary
Winnie Ellen Stone, age 89, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014. Mrs. Stone was born April 21, 1925 in Linden, Texas to Homer and Mary Ellen Lemmon.
Mrs. Stone was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jeff E. Stone; and three sisters, Maebelle Coleman, Neva Key and Lucille Edwards.
She is survived by three nieces, Glenda Grubbs of Jefferson, TX, Peggy Monroe and Joyce Trent both of Shreveport, LA.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Jefferson, TX under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, AR. Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com.
